Checkr isn’t able to process new report requests directly from applicants. If you would like to request a new report, you can reach out to the company you applied with and request that they order a new background check to be performed.
For security and privacy purposes, reports that were completed more than 6 months ago are not available on the Applicant Portal. If you need a copy of an old report or have a question about it, please contact our Applicant Support team by submitting a request here.
If the company with whom you applied is unable to run a new report, but you're looking for more up-to-date reporting on your background, you are welcome to see what's on your background check by requesting a free background check from Better Future.
